Working in a corporate environment requires cohesion just the same as a whānau or hapū. A lot what makes for good teamwork from a Māori perspective can equally be applied to a corporate setting.
This internship has opened my eyes to some of the career pathways that exist in the corporate world. I’ve had the chance to see theory put into practice and work alongside some very experienced people. I’m very grateful for the connections I have made and the experiences from my internship.
