BNZ are incredibly inclusive. They always use Te Reo Māori as a formal greeting and they are incredibly inclusive. Money is also a big part of their world but they make a fair point that if they don’t make it then how are they supposed to do good with it.
This internship has been amazing and I have been able to expose myself more, I have great networks and work for an amazing corporation. All I need to do now is to create that impact so that more Māori and Pasifika students have similar success.
