I want to live in a world where pacific people have the resources and mentality to achieve their dreams. In Samoan culture, you’re not supposed to question authority but in this line of work, it’s important to justify everything. I sometimes find myself torn between questioning the processes done here and just doing what i’m told. Also looking people in the eye is something i’m still getting use to.

This internship has widened my network and also given me a lot of friends who have made the experience a lot more welcoming. It has also given me basic skillset that I hope to use in the corporate sector, as well as a framework of how to get where I want to be/ what I want to learn.
