Health & Well-being

Our Health is Wealth program commenced in December last year. Our aim is to promote holistic health and encourage interns to thoughtfully invest in their well-being.  We assert that performance in the workplace and overall quality of life is improved when personal health is optimum; healthy body, healthy mind.

The program also provides an opportunity for the interns to bond/catch-up in a fun, informal environment. We have 2 sessions a week at Boxing Alley & CrossFit Propolis; and the occasional Les Mils session. As TupuToa staff, we are driving and supporting these sessions and welcome interns' whanau, colleagues and partners to participate also.
